3. Shipment Acceptance

All shipments are subject to acceptance and availability of services. PRIME GOEXPRESS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any shipment at its discretion, including shipments that contain prohibited or restricted items.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be shipped or require special handling. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, explosives, perishable goods (unless otherwise agreed), illegal substances, and items that violate local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Packaging and Labeling

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and labeling of all shipments. PRIME GOEXPRESS is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging or incorrect labeling.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods outlined in our billing information. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Delivery and Transit Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. PRIME GOEXPRESS is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

8. Tracking

Shipment tracking is provided for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, tracking information may not always reflect the real-time status of your shipment.

9. Claims for Loss or Damage

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported within 7 days of receipt. PRIME GOEXPRESS’s liability is limited to the declared value or the maximum liability permitted by law, whichever is lower. Insurance coverage is available at an additional cost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIME GOEXPRESS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Force Majeure

PRIME GOEXPRESS shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.
